This wonderful coffee is grown high in the mountains of Cajamarca region of Peru near Jaen.  The farmers here are members of CAA and are focused on organic and sustainable growth methods.

This bean is handwashed and sun dried and produces a wonderful cup with loads of aromatic chocolates with hints of passion fruit and honey.
