Notes: From the birthplace of coffee, Yirgacheffe is grown in mountains of Eastern Ethiopia. This coffee has an almost flawless cup with medium/bold intensity it has light, clean, fruity, citrus and floral tones. This coffee is a delight. It is roasted on the lighter side to not muddy up the wonderful taste characteristics. Darker roast yield more chocolate tones and diminished fruit characteristics.
