Notes: El Salvador is one of the few remaining countries growing a lot of Bourbon varietal plants Grown in Ataco near Sta. Ana. A very satisfying coffee, this cup has the classic Bourbon soft sugary sweetness with fruit flavours of plum and orange with a hint of hazelnut, and an elegant and balanced acidity. You’ll enjoy the bright aromatic and balanced semisweet or bittersweet undertones. A surprise favorite both at the roaster and among our coffee fans.
